Come join Jenn Lane and I as we teach Foundation Training on the beach in Carlsbad. Afterwards we will use our hips to hinge down and pick up trash along the beach. Come and meet us at Carlsbad State Beach, life guard station 22. We are asking $10-20 donation for the class. Please bring a towel and a friend :)
