Join me in Missoula, Montana on June 1st to learn how Foundation Training can get your body ready for the summer. This workshop is about developing your hip strength through hinging and balance postures that will make your hiking, biking and running stronger and more accessible.
Workshop date and Time- Saturday June 1st 10 am - 12 pm (break 12 - 12:45) and 1 - 3 pm.
